These terms apply when you visit Little Zoo Cafe, book a ticket, or use this website. Please read them before booking or visiting — by doing so, you agree to them on behalf of everyone in your group.

1.About us & these terms
Little Zoo Cafe ("we", "us", "our") is an exotic pet cafe in Bangkok, with branches at Asiatique The Riverfront and On Nut. These terms form the agreement between us and each guest. If you book or visit on behalf of others, you confirm you have their authority to accept these terms for them.
2.Bookings, tickets & prices
A visit to Little Zoo Cafe is a timed entry. Each ticket includes one hour with our animals, one soft drink, and one pair of socks to wear during your visit. Standard entry is ฿590 per person; promotional pricing (such as our June opening special of ฿450) applies only for the period and branch stated, and may change or end at any time.
Each time slot has limited capacity. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email with your check-in QR code. Please arrive a few minutes before your slot and show your QR code at the counter. We will do our best to honour late arrivals within the same round, but cannot extend your hour or guarantee entry if you miss your slot.
3.Payment
Online bookings are paid at the time of booking through our secure payment provider. Walk-in visits are paid at the counter. Prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.Changes, cancellations & refunds
- Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your booked time. Contact us by phone and we'll move or refund your booking.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your slot, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
- If we have to cancel or change your visit (for example, for animal welfare, maintenance or events beyond our control), we will offer you a reschedule or a full refund of that booking.
5.Entry & conduct
For everyone's safety and the wellbeing of our animals, all guests agree to:
- Follow staff and handler instructions at all times;
- Move gently and calmly, avoid sudden movements and loud noises, and empty your pockets before sitting with the animals;
- Only touch or interact with animals as directed, and only feed an animal when a staff member offers and supervises it;
- Supervise children at all times. Our experience is suitable for ages 4 and up; children must be accompanied by a responsible adult;
- Not visit while intoxicated, and not bring outside food, drink or other pets;
- Practise good hygiene, including washing or sanitising hands as directed.
We want every visit to be a happy one — but we may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who behaves in a way that puts guests, staff or animals at risk, without a refund.
6.Health, safety & assumption of risk
Little Zoo Cafe is home to live exotic animals. Interacting with animals carries inherent risks, including scratches, bites or allergic reactions. By entering, you accept these risks on behalf of yourself and your group, and agree to sign our entry waiver (indemnity form) before interacting with the animals.
If you are pregnant, immunocompromised, allergic to animals, or have any health concern, please consider this before visiting and speak to our staff. Tell us about allergies on arrival so we can help you enjoy your visit safely.
7.Animal welfare
Our animals' wellbeing comes first. Each animal has its own temperament and rest needs, so the animals available to meet on any given day may vary, and our team may pause or limit interactions at any time. This is normal, and helps keep our residents healthy and happy.
8.Photography & media
You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use — please follow staff guidance and avoid flash, which can startle the animals. We may also take photos or video at the cafe for our own promotion; if you would prefer not to appear, just let a staff member know.
9.Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Zoo Cafe, its owners and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your visit, except where it is caused by our negligence and cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10.Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, photographs, logos and branding — belongs to Little Zoo Cafe or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
11.Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking or visit is the one that applies. We'll update the "last updated" date when we make changes.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute relating to them or to your visit is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
